Doctors reviewed the research and recommend natural products to reduce migraine
headaches.
Research consistently shows diet and supplements decrease the frequency of headaches. Now a group of doctors in a
pain management clinic in New York publish their own findings.
The doctors found a detailed nutritional history and identifying
food triggers is helpful in reducing migraines. They now recommend the following supplements in the preventive
treatment of migraines: magnesium, Petasites hybridus, feverfew, coenzyme Q10, riboflavin and alpha lipoic
acid.

Natural Care Solution
Petasites and feverfew are herbs and are not my first choice. Herbs and medications will not address the cause of
migraines. Dietary changes and the supplements magnesium, coenzyme Q10, riboflavin and alpha lipoic acid address
the causes of migraine headaches.
