A study involving nearly 50,000 patients discovered that people who eat chocolate have 22 per cent less
probability of suffering from a stroke.
People who already suffered a stroke started eating chocolate
decreased their risk of death by 46 percent.
Two studies were conducted. The first study of 44,489 people found a person having one chocolate per week were 22
per cent less likely to have a stroke than people who ate no chocolate. In the second study, 1,169 people who
already suffered a stroke were monitored. If they had 50 grams of chocolate once a week the chances of death
decreased by 46 per cent.

Natural Care Solution Pearl
Eating too much chocolate may cause fat gain as most chocolate contain high amounts of sugar and fat. Dark
chocolate that contains 65% or more cacao will allow you to obtain the benefits of chocolate with a smaller
quantity and calories.
It appears only 10 - 30 grams a day of a 65% cacao or higher dark chocolate will provide cardiovascular and
cancer health benefits. Future health studies will provide additional dose recommendations.
