Natural Compounds Suppress Fat Production

Resveratrol, quercetin and genistein suppress fat production inside human fat cells. 

The natural compounds resveratrol, quercetin and genistein each have shown anti-fat production and anti-cancer effects in many medical research projects. In this study researchers grew human fat cells in the laboratory and measured the chemicals in the cells that cause them to make fat.

A low dose combination of resveratrol, quercetin and genistein at 3 and 14 days decreased fat accumulation inside the cells and induced actual fat cell death better than high dosages of the individual products. Researchers state that low concentrations of resveratrol, quercetin and genistein may be useful for treatments of obesity.
