City-Check Basic - Residential Water Testing

The City-Check Basic Residential Water Testing package was developed for homeowners who are concerned about the water quality they are getting from their municipal supply.

Simple at home or business water collection helps protect your family.

City-Check Basic is used for residential water testing. This package covers the basic contaminants which are likely to be found in residential water supplies including:

5 Heavy metals/minerals (including copper and lead)
6 inorganic compounds
4 physical characteristics
16 of the disinfectants and disinfection by-products (from chlorine)

National Testing Labs will send you a test kit that contains all of the materials needed to collect the water. They provide detailed instructions on how to collect your sample and where to return it. What is NOT included in the test kit is the return shipping of the water sample. This kit requires overnight shipment of the water sample back to the lab for analysis. The lab will be happy to extend their UPS rates to you - just call us before you are ready to collect your sample and they can email a return label at that time.
